Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

Return Conditions

Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

Exclusions: Final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards.

 

2. Return Fees & Shipping

Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is incorrect or defective, Bella Monnar covers 100% of the return shipping costs. Plus a 15% discount on your next order.

Customer Remorse: For all other returns (e.g., fit, style preferences), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

• For international returns: Please note that while product costs and taxes are refundable, original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable as they are paid directly to local tax authorities."

 

 

3. How to Start a Return

1. Email returns@bellamonnar.com with your order number.

2. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for both domestic and international orders.
