Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally to Mexico and Canada? Yes, we ship worldwide. While standard ground shipping is free within the United States, international shipping rates (including Mexico and Canada) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

What is your return policy? We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed gowns with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Do you offer refunds? Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may not qualify for a refund.

Can I exchange my order for a different size or color? Yes. We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. You may exchange your order for a different size, color, or variation, depending on current product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we can issue a refund or store credit to ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience.

Exchanges are processed with the same care and attention as all Bella Monnar orders, maintaining our commitment to luxury service, premium craftsmanship, and client‑focused support.


Taxes, Duties & International Orders

Are taxes included in the price? Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address within the United States.

Do international customers pay duties or import fees? Yes. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

What materials do you use?We work exclusively with premium, high‑grade luxury textiles to ensure exceptional quality and longevity. Our gowns, headscarves, and scrunchies are crafted from 100% Silk Charmeuse and 100% Silk Crepe de Chine, known for their luminous sheen, soft drape, and elevated feel. Our leather accessories are handcrafted from genuine Italian lambskin, a supple, high‑quality leather sourced for its durability, smooth texture, and refined finish. Every material is chosen to reflect the Bella Monnar commitment to luxury craftsmanship, slow fashion, and elevated minimalism.

 

How should I clean my silk articles? To preserve the natural drape and luster of the silk, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only for all our gowns. For small silk or leather accessories like scrunchies, you may gently hand wash in cold water with a silk‑safe detergent and lay flat to dry.

Where are your products made? Every Bella Monnar gown and accessory is proudly designed and handcrafted in the United States. We produce in small batches to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.


Fit & Sizing

What is your sizing like?  Our garments are true to size, designed with a refined, tailored fit that complements the natural lines of the body. We recommend selecting your true size using our detailed Bella Monnar Size Chart for the most accurate fit. If you fall between sizes, we suggest sizing up to achieve a more relaxed, elegant drape, especially for our bias‑cut silk gowns known for their fluid movement and luxurious silhouette. This ensures the signature Bella Monnar look—effortless, feminine, and timeless.

Do you offer custom tailoring or alterations? While we do not offer custom tailoring, our gowns are designed with a bias cut that naturally adapts to your shape. For a perfect fit, we recommend consulting a local tailor experienced with silk garments.


Do you offer orders discounts & promotions Yes. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions, limited‑time discounts, and an exclusive 15% off welcome offer for new email subscribers.
