The Bella Monnar mobile messaging service (“Service”) is operated by Bella Monnar. By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or its features at any time without notice.

By consenting to Bella Monnar’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring messages from and on behalf of Bella Monnar at the mobile number you provided, including promotional and service-related messages. Messages may be sent via automated technology. Consent is not required to make a purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You are responsible for all charges imposed by your wireless provider.

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to Bella Monnar or clicking the unsubscribe link in any message. You’ll receive a confirmation message and no further texts unless you reinitiate contact. If subscribed to multiple Bella Monnar messaging programs, you must opt out of each individually.

We may change our short code or phone number at any time and will notify you of such changes. Messages sent to outdated numbers may not be received, and Bella Monnar is not responsible for honoring requests sent to inactive numbers.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and update it if changed.
